THE best ghee. I'm almost loathe to write this review as I love this ghee so much and don't want it to go out of stock! But there you go. It's the best ghee out of all the ones I've tasted on the market. It has a rich and caramelised flavour to it. They test for casein content and all of that information is available on their website. I recently thought I'd try the Hunter Gather ghee to compare as I like their other products - I'm afraid it just doesn't compare to this ghee for flavour. Happy Butter have a customer for life in me!
